FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHATS YOUR BOOKING PROCESS LIKE?
I do all bookings through e-mail/online communication. I'll need to know what you're wanting to get tattooed, how big and what location on your body. I'll ask for reference photos as well! The more specific you can be when answering questions the better I will be able to design something for you! If I still feel unsure about what you're wanting to get done I'll ask you to come in for an In-Person consultation. In an In-Person consultation we will sit down and do a loose concept sketch and talk more in depth about your ideas to make sure we are on the same page about the design we want to achieve. If you want to do an In-Person consult (at any time) because it will make you feel more comfortable ... they are always free and I'd be happy to sit down and talk in person. Cover ups typically are always an in-person consult.
HOW MUCH?
Pricing is dictated by size, detail, and location. I don't work by an hourly rate. Everything I do is a set price per individual piece. We go over pricing/estimates during your online/in-person consultations. If we are doing larger pieces that are more time consuming we will do a full day rate. These rates are discussed with clients as necessary.
IM EXCITED!! WHEN CAN I SEE MY DESIGN?
You will see your design on the day of your appointment! If there is anything we are unsure/disagree about we will revise the design together at your appointment. We will not move forward until we both agree on a good design together.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY NEW TATTOO?
I personally provide you with a form of aftercare. I like to use Saniderm (second skin, tegaderm, dermaskin...etc) It's a protective adhesive version of aftercare that protects your new wound from the elements while speeding up the healing process. I go over everything in-depth at the end of your appointment. I'll walk you through the process and will always be accessible for questions afterwards.
OH NO! I BUMPED/SCRATCHED/MESSED UP MY TATTOO DURING HEALING! CAN I GET A TOUCH UP?
Yes! I understand we are human and we make mistakes and accidents happen. I appreciate you spending your hard earned money with me! you have lots of options out there and I'm honored that you chose me to work with. I will do a courtesy touch up for you if needed (as long as it was during the healing process) I got your back and I want you to be happy with your tattoo for years to come!
DEPOSITS?
A non refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. Typically deposits are $100. Deposits hold your spot for the day and go towards the total price of the tattoo
